1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tiply.et, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Tiply.et's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Tiply.et's website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Creator Content

Creators are responsible for the content they post on Tiply.et. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you grant Tiply.et a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display that content in connection with the service.

4. Payments and Fees

Tiply.et facilitates payments between fans and creators. We charge a service fee for each transaction, which is clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise determined by Tiply.et in its sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Tiply.et for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
