Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Tiply.et's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Creators are responsible for the content and broadcasts they stream on Tiply.et. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you grant Tiply.et a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display that content in connection with providing the service.
Tiply.et facilitates local tips and support payments between fans and creators via integrated gateways including Telebirr, CBE Birr, and local Ethiopian banks.
We charge a transparent service fee for each tip transaction, which is clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise determined by Tiply.et in its sole discretion.
You may not use Tiply.et for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws and telecommunications regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable live broadcast content.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
